Eder Mendoza has resided in San Diego for more than 25-years and has a passion for real estate, leadership, and a true entrepreneurial spirit.

Shortly after graduating San Diego State University (SDSU), he discovered his love for real estate after purchasing his first duplex in City Heights. Since then, his passion has evolved to include the acquisition and renovation of several more properties throughout San Diego County.

Eder is a California REALTOR® and his superior knowledge of the real estate market has allowed him to create one of the fastest growing companies in San Diego.
